stay educated

I don't know about all these folks who are just crusing along while our country goes to hell in a handbasket.  I mean, like after 100 plus days and all the cosplaying with the cabinet I just shake my head and ask God to help us.  They are definitely flooding the zone, and so many people don't seem to realize it.  I can't change their minds, but I can start a civil conversation with someone who might regret their vote.  That is called buyer's remorse.  These two phrases are ones that I didn't know existed prior to this cluster of a government we got.  Not a theater major here.

This entire Gulf state visit has been an embarrassment to us as ordinary everybody citizens just trying to get by.  Back in the day when I would post something all these freakin' trolls would come out wanting to argue.  None of them ever mentioned the Constitution or anything relevant.  They cut and pasted views that fit with their own agenda.  Let me count the ways this is effed up:

Nah,,,just google it.  It won't matter to the cult.  I guaranteed you they are not watching live Congressional hearing or keeping up with the ones across the aisle.  All I ever hear anymore in briefings from ANYONE at the White House is that it's Biden's fault and Trump can't help it because he inherited the mess.  Umm.  Once again I say, don't blame the present on the past.  Trump preceded him as POTUS and made a huge mess with a lot of things.  That was only a little over 5 years ago.  Two impeachments and sloppy Covid response.  34 criminal convictions.  How in the hell did this guy even get elected?  Oh yeah.  J6 folks.  Soros did not pay them.  It was an insurrection over an election that he didn't like.  He egged them on 

and urged them to fight the good fight, and then pardoned them after his last election.  This was not fake news.  I watched it all and you can't make this shit up.

I admire people like Liz and Jack and all of the ones who did their best to expose what really happened.  Yet they have had serious backlash for doing the right thing.  That really sucks, but it happens.  The bottom line is that God knows whose side you are on.  Are you kind to others on a regular basis?   I do when I get out, and that ain't much.  My friends came by yesterday to pick me up for a funeral and I was still in shorts and a t-shirt after a morning long cry.  Keep taking that SRUI Janie.  You are a 35 year userand there will be withdrawals.  Like crying a lot.

I do have a daily devotional compliments of DFUMC and The Upper Room.  There have been days and days when I didn't take the time to reflect, and that shows in my daily life.  One loses faith without some sort of connection with a higher power.  My cousin died last weekend and I was so out of it mentally that I didn't make it to her funeral.  I still hear her voice, though.  She and Fred always brought me eggs and jelly and whatnot.  We were great supporters of Gig the Goldfish which they were so proud of.  

I am out of moves for now.  Praying for guidance.  Lift me up ^j^
